THE EXAMINATION - 2009
there was a delay at the airport
we walked above the expressway
two trees stood nearby
there were footprints in the melting snow
beautiful light glowed in the metro
someone had painted CASTRO on a wall
the Palais de Justice dominated the skyline
i did not remember this place
Doubt was playing at the Centaur theatre
we walked along rue St-Paul
it was time to smoke on the balcony
they laughed and smiled above le vieux port
the preliminary meeting seemed to go well
we wore suits
during the examination there was some disarray
